KBGym - specialist coaching

Barry Phelan is available to act as a specialist coach for schools, clubs or individuals.

Qualified in six gymnastics disciplines and experienced as a gymnast and coach to international level, Barry has 30 years experience in gymnastics and can devise programmes and deliver classes for clubs, schools & individuals. Barry has delivered classes at Neroche Primary School (Somerset) and Hooke Court School (Dorset). Clubs including Taunton Trampolining have also employed Barrys services as a specialist conditioning coach.

Barry has also acted as conditioning/body preparation coach for a number of other sports and has notably worked with Ben Hazel, GB international multi eventer and Anan, England Ladies Footbal team goalkeeper.
