Pre - School classes for children aged 18 months - 3 years and 3 - 4 years. Classes last for 45 minutes and children are accompanied by parents.

We work with a maximum of nine children per coach and follow a structured programme which will introduce children to basic gymnastic exercises and movement patterns.

Apparatus

Apparatus stations are changed every two weeks utilising beam, bars, vault, soft play and rebound set ups.

'Hand eye' co - ordination skills are developed through regular use of hand apparatus including -

Beanbags - Coits - Feathers - Balloons - Scarves

BG Awards

British Gymnastics 'Fundamentals Movement Ideas fo Early Years award scheme is included within programmes to encourage motivation and a sense of achievement.

Fun

Rascals classes are geared towards teaching children in a fun, stimulating and safe environment.

Prices are £4.20 per class payable half termly.
